Using the service.
By accessing or using deinfluence.fyi, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The product is currently under development, and features may change, pause, or be removed.
Keep your access accurate and secure.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting access to your Google account and signed-in browser. Do not impersonate another person, share access to evade safeguards, create accounts deceptively, or interfere with the service. Contributor and moderator access is subject to the eligibility rules shown in the product. If you claim a company, you must accurately describe your role, possess authority to represent it, and submit only supporting information you are permitted to share. A matching email domain or DNS record does not by itself establish that authority.
Submit only work you can stand behind.
Reviews must reflect firsthand use and comply with the published review and independence standards. You must have the rights needed to submit text and images, and your content must not be unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, malicious, or privacy-invasive.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant deinfluence.fyi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate, moderate, and promote the service. This license continues for published or audit records when reasonably necessary to preserve the integrity of the review system.
Publication is not guaranteed.
We may review, clarify, reject, unpublish, restrict, or preserve submissions under our policies. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, comply with law, or maintain service integrity. Moderation is intended to apply viewpoint-neutral criteria, but no process is error-free.
Use reviews as one input, not a guarantee.
Ratings, recommendations, rankings, labels, product details, and contributor statements are informational. They are not professional advice, endorsements, warranties, or guarantees of safety, performance, suitability, authenticity, or future results. Verify important product information with the manufacturer or seller before acting.
The service is provided as available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, deinfluence.fyi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
These terms may evolve with the product.
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will revise the date above when we do. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms. During the closed beta, questions should be sent through the same contact channel that granted your access.
